Marcos A. Parga
PT, DPT, ATC, LAT, FAAOMPT
Marcos attended physical therapy school at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. He has an undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University in Athletic Training. After receiving his Masters in Physical Therapy, Mr. Parga was accepted to The Manual Therapy Institute (MTI), an accredited 3-year orthopedic manual therapy Residency/Fellowship program that includes course work as well as hours of clinical mentorship. Upon completion of the orthopedic residency at MTI, he completed his 440 clinical hours in Austin, Texas.
He attained Fellowship status in 2011 from the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. Mr. Parga specializes in sports medicine, rehab, orthopedic rehab, work injury rehab, pre, and post-surgical rehab, manual therapy, dry needling/IMS, pain management, movement impairment syndromes, SFMA certified/FMS, and musculoskeletal pain.
Justin C. Esparza
PT, DPT
Justin earned his undergraduate studies in kinesiology at The University of Texas at El Paso. He began shadowing alongside Marcos while finishing his undergraduate studies. Following that, Justin returned to UTEP to obtain a doctoral degree in physical therapy. He then received acceptance to The Manual Therapy Institute (MTI) after graduating, and is presently completing the requirements for this Fellowship. Additionally, Justin holds the Dynamic Integrative Needling Certificate.
Among Justin's specialties are sports medicine, orthopedics, manual therapy, dry needling, work injury rehab, pre- and post-operative care, pain management, and generalized pain syndromes.
Diana Martinez
PT, DPT
Diana is a physical therapist who’s passionate about helping people move better and feel their best. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), along with minors in Biology and Spanish.
Her main area of interest is pelvic floor physical therapy, where she helps patients navigate issues like pelvic pain, incontinence, and postpartum recovery with compassion and understanding. In addition to pelvic health, Diana also enjoys treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions — from back and neck pain to shoulder, hip, and knee injuries — helping each patient return to the activities they love.
